Julie entered the field of Real Estate after spending 12 years in retail management, and 6 years of entrepreneurship. Her past professions prepared her for the challenging career in Real Estate. She knows first hand that time management and organization is a major key to smooth transactions.
Julie brought her eye for detail, her loyalty, compassion, and conscientious work ethics with her to Long Realty. She understands that working closely with clients, lenders, escrow officers, home inspectors, and other Realtors is of the utmost importance to a successful transaction.
Since moving to Tucson from Oklahoma in 1987, Julie has enjoyed scuba diving, hiking, acting in a historical re-enactment group, and excavating pre-historic sites. When not working hard, Julie is on a trip or planning a trip. She enjoys traveling and experiencing different countries and cultures. Julie is constantly continuing her education by attending courses through the Arizona Association of Realtors or one of the local colleges. She has also achieved the designations of Associate Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), ASR (Accredited Seller's Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and e-PRO (Internet Professional) so that she can better serve her clients. Julie has met life's challenges with determination and has recognized how important it is to balance work, community, and private life. In the belief of giving back, she supports many local charities, a few of which are; The Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Special Olympics, American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity. At the close of every escrow, Julie donates $100 to charity.
