TUCSON BASEBALL

March is the month for the Tucson baseball lover, Spring Training!  A great time is to be had at TEP (Tucson Electric Park) and Hi Corbett Field

TEP is the Spring Training home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Chicago White Sox.  This park is beautiful and spacious with all the modern amenities.

Hi Corbett Field houses the Colorado Rockies and is my favorite park to watch the Spring Training games.  Hi Corbett Field was built in the 1930's and has the charm of the old fields.

Spring Training for the Cactus League is full of excitement for baseball fans.  We get the opportunity to watch our favorite teams in an intimate atmosphere.  The Cactus League is made up of:  Seattle Mariners-training at Peoria Sports Complex, San Diego Padres-training at Peoria Sports Complex, San Francisco Giants-training at Scottsdale Stadium, Chicago Cubs-training at Hohokam Park, Milwaukee Brewers-training at Maryvale baseball Park, Los Angeles Angels-training at Tempe Diablo Stadium, and the Oakland A's (Athletics)-training at the Phoenix Stadium.

During baseball season Tucson Electric Park is the home of the Tucson Sidewinders, Tucson's minor league team in the Pacific Coast League.  For a schedule of Tucson Sidewinder games Click Here.

If that isn't enough baseball for you, check out the University of Arizona baseball team, Click Here.
